An intimate session with your peers, this program provides education about preventive medicine and provides you with tools for total wellbeing and best-performance.
Over a simple, nutrient dense meal, we discuss corporate life (from an evidence-based, medical viewpoint). We recognise the point at which we need to be pulled out of the river and then take a walk upstream to identify what mat have pushed us in. At the end of the 3 hours, you will have the tools to be able to strategise your own productive, wellbeing plan with an evidence-based approach that is corporate-friendly.
